Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. 

Estimated shipping times

Standard shipping time within North America is 3-12 business days.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.  I am not responsible for any delay caused by the couriers.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost in Transit

All your orders are insured! Please contact me if you have not received your package 21 days after the shipping date in Canada and USA and 45 days everywhere else. I will need an email from you after the 21 days stating your order is missing.
Also, I will need your email address to send the affidavit for you to sign. It does take a bit for the insurance company to process the claim. Once it all done, you can decide whether you would like a replacement or refund.

I am not responsible for packages that go missing or is undeliverable due to incorrect address supplied via the checkout process. If the package is returned to me and you would like the order shipped out to you again, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
